Cancellation Policy

Cancel up to 48 hours before departure to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before departure are non-refundable.

For cruise passengers, a full refund will also be provided if your ship skips port, your cruise is canceled by the cruise line, or your ship’s schedule changes and Cherry Travel is unable to operate the booked tour/service accordingly.

Cherry Travel reserves the right to verify the actual cruise itinerary before approving any cruise-related refund.
