Knossos Palace entrance ticket: €20 full price. Free admission for EU citizens up to 25 years old and non-EU citizens up to 18 years old. Reduced admission (€10) for EU citizens aged 65+ during the winter season only (October 1–May 31).
For groups of more than 10 people, headsets are mandatory and cost €2 per person

Cancellation Policy

Cancel up to 48 hours before departure to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before departure are non-refundable.

For cruise passengers, a full refund will also be provided if your ship skips port, your cruise is canceled by the cruise line, or your ship’s schedule changes and Cherry Travel is unable to operate the booked tour/service accordingly.
