This unique tour takes you on a journey through the Cretan countryside, a picturesque region rich in history and natural beauty. Starting in the historic Agios Thomas village, you’ll explore ancient Roman crypts and get a glimpse of traditional village life. Next, a tranquil picnic spot awaits you, where you can savor local Cretan delicacies beneath a grand oak tree, beside a charming river with a waterfall, and in the company of elegant peacocks.
The tour continues with a drive through Prinias village, during which our guide will share stories about significant archaeological sites visible from the route. Finally, we reach Agios Panteleimonos Church, located on a rock offering incredible panoramic views. At the end of the tour, we bring you back to the initial pick-up point. Experience Crete’s countryside in an authentic and relaxed way, blending history, culture, nature, and local gastronomy into a memorable tour.

Cancel up to 48 hours before departure to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before departure are non-refundable.
For cruise passengers, a full refund will also be provided if your ship skips port, your cruise is canceled by the cruise line, or your ship’s schedule changes and Cherry Travel is unable to operate the booked tour/service accordingly.
